DOMSA HOMES CC Company is a property development company specializing on building residential houses both luxury and affordable. DOMSA HOMES CC Company was founded by the young black professionals for the purpose of helping middle class people to be able to achieve and acquire their dream houses by building them nice quality homes within a reasonable price scale.

- NHBRC – Domsa Homes is the member of the National Home Builder Registration Council and is the main Stakeholder as we have to enroll each and every unit before we start to build. Our NHBRC Reg. 1-71520891 with the P – 500 and this can be viewed on their website www.nhbrc.org.za.
- Domsa Homes is registered under Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) reg.no.F141151.
- CF Joubert _ Is our main engineers inspecting our building process from foundation, super structure and the roof. They can be visited on the following website www.cfj.co.za
- City councils for the approval of the building plans and the inspection of the house.
- Quickbond is appointed as our bond originator who handle our bond applications and negotiate the best reasonable rates on behalf of our clients thus give our client less stress of going from one bank to another trying to get the best rate possible. They can also help with the pre-approval of bonds, so that the client get to know how much he/she qualifies for. Their website is www.quickbond.net .
- CIBD _ we are currently on Grade 4 level with the Construction Industry & Development Board with the Reg.no. 254833.
